As with most cotton shirts you should expect a small amount of shrinkage to occur after the first wash. Please see our Quality and Care link for info on how to care for your Shirticus shirt.
We use Australia Post for all shipping. We offer discount shipping for multiple purchases. See below for a guide to shipping costs. Shipping will be finalised at checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Your shipping is determined at checkout time according to your billing address. Use the above prices as a guide only.

Payment Methods: Credit Card and PayPal
We utilise PayPal Australia as our online merchant. All credit card transactions go through the trusted and secure PayPal system. Whilst you will need to create a user account with us to purchase our shirts we do not store any credit card information whatsoever on our servers and all personal information stored on our servers is entered through a secure connection (SSL).
In the payment process you will have the choice of entering your billing information (including Credit Card details) each time you purchase a product or you can create a PayPal account which saves you entering shipping and billing information for every purchase. All data for this account is stored with PayPal and comes with various protections policies (see www.paypal.com.au for complete information).
G.S.T : Australian customers are required to pay Goods and Services Tax. Note that all prices are displayed inclusive of G.S.T. until you login as a customer at which point the prices will be shown exclusive of G.S.T. for all non Australian customers.
Shirticus is a product of Hidden Shoal Publishing. As such you will see Hidden Shoal Publishing reffered to on your payment documents as opposed to Shirticus.
Refunds will only be credited if you have ordered a shirt and it is found to be out of stock.
Shirts that have been damaged in transit will be exchanged. Damaged goods must be returned to us before we can offer a refund. Please contact us first.
We endeavour to keep all stock information current on a daily basis. At times we may run out of a particular size for an in stock design. In this case we will notify you by e-mail with an approximate date of when your order will be back in stock and ready to be shipped.
You can have your order refunded if not available or fulfilled once the item is back in stock.
